Contemporary Gin

Union Bridge Contemporary Gin combines traditional gin botanicals with a modern citrus twist.

The base is our Malt Vodka, produced at our Adelaide Hills Distillery from South Australian malted barley and wheat in keeping with our ‘Grain to Glass’ philosophy.

Infused with Juniper and Ruby Grapefruit, in addition to citrus peel and select herbs.
