Contemporary Gin

Our Contemporary Gin packs in the classic gin botanicals, with a modern citrus twist.

Our Malt Vodka, is used as our base. We then add our selected botanicals,  macerate for 15 hours and distill through our hybrid still. Citrus arrives through vapour path infusion, bringing balance to the final spirit.
