Under the Liquor Licensing Act 1997, liquor must not be supplied to persons under 18. DRINK RESPONSIBLY.

Events/Experiences

Tickets to our events and experiences can be purchased online or in venue.

Tickets will be valid for the specified date and time of the selected event/experience only. The event date will be recorded on the Ticket. Once the event date and time have passed, the Ticket will automatically become invalid and any unused value will not be refunded or credited.

If an event/experience is unable to be attended, please contact the Team (via our Contact Us page) for assistance in exploring options to reschedule an event.

Refunds will not be issued due to change of mind/availability however we will be happy to reschedule your visit to another date or convert the ticket value to a gift card for you to use in Venue.

No changes will be accepted if the event date and time have passed.

If the event is cancelled by the Venue, we will make contact with the listed ticket holders as soon as practical to communicate the options available, which may include rescheduling the event, converting the ticket value (excluding fees) to a Gift Card, or a refund (excluding fees).

Any refunds will be done against the payment method used for the original purchase. No refunds will be made in cash.

Tickets must be presented for redemption at the venue specified. The Ticket must be presented in person to be accepted and we reserve the right to request ID.

You are responsible for the care and control of your Ticket. Lost or stolen Tickets will not be replaced or refunded. The person in possession of the Ticket will be regarded as the rightful owner.

Payment Methods

All prices are quoted in Australian dollars including GST.

We accept Mastercard, Visa and Bankcard through our secure on-line payment system.

All transactions will attract a processing fee.
